what other mediums are available to work with?
We offer classes in various mediums including acrylic paint, watercolor paint, oil pastels and chalk pastels. More mediums will be available soon.
How do we request a custom design?
Add your custom design request in the additional information section on the booking form. Please include the desired colors scheme, concept or a reference photo.
what add-ons are available?
Add-ons include: tables, chairs, utensil package, floral arrangements, decor or themed materials.
What special requests can be made?
Request a special music playlist, catered food, private bartending or surprise arrangements.
who set-ups and cleans up the class?
Our instructors and assistants will set up all needed protective materials and supplies. Guests only have to show up ready to paint! We also clean up all materials, supples and protective materials once the class ends.
what kind of games are played in kids events?
We do our best to make the experience full of fun. During dry times or wait times we play games such as hot potato, bubblegum, Rock Paper Scissors, dance battles and more! Making the entire experience enjoyable.
How do i confirm my booking?
A email will be sent to the provided email address within 24 hours of the request. A response email will be sent with a request summary, deposit invoice and an agreement to be signed to confirm booking.
How do i reschedule my booking?
To reschedule your booking email bookings@50shadesofhue.com with your event detail and desired reschedule date and time at least 5 business days prior to the booking date. A response will be sent within 24 hours for scheduling correspondence.
How do i cancel my booking?
To cancel your booking email bookings@50shadesofhue.com with your event details and reason for cancellation at least 5 business days prior to the booking date.
No refunds?
Our company does not issue refunds. We offer Hue credit in exchange for refund amounts. Hue credit can be used to book another event or gifted another person.
HOw do i purchase a hue credit gift card?
To purchase a Hue Credit Gift Card click the Shop Page and proceed to the bottom to fill out the form with the Gift amount and the information of the person receiving the gift. An email will sent with the Hue Credit Gift Card information and instructions on use.
